If you're in Houston with nothing to do tomorrow (Sunday 3/16/13) check out the auto parts swap meet @ Trader's Village. There was a guy there today selling tooling for cheaper than I've ever seen. He was about out of it when I got there, but he said he'd have a whole 'nother truck load in the morning (I'm going back). He sold me 2 brand new Niagara 1/2" end mills for 1$ each. He is selling carbide inserts for 1$ each. Mitutoyo and Starrett mics, all cheaper than dirt.

I went back today and got all the stuff in the picture for 120$
Brand new stuff:
(2x) [dovetail cutter 1 3/8 X 9/16 - 60] - $8/ea - found online for $71.36/ea
(1x) [dovetail cutter 1 3/8 X 7/16 - 45] - $8/ea - found online for $51.40/ea
(10x) [CNMG432 carbide inserts] - $1/ea - found online for $15.23/ea
(10x) [TNMC32 threading inserts] - $2/ea - Found online for $17.56/ea
(3x) [carbide burrs] - $2/ea

Used stuff:
(1x) [T-slot cutter, great condition] - $8/ea
(7x) [Misc end mills up to 1/2", usable condition] - $3/ea
(2x) [Misc end mills >1/2", usable condition] - $4/ea
(1x) [weird tiny lathe? chuck] - $25/ea

Anybody know what that little chuck might be for originally? Watchmaker's lathe maybe? A better question, what could it be used for NOW? It's a self centering 3 jaw chuck, 2" diameter.
