Very late 1966 according to the Serial Number Reference Book for Machine Tools.

I didn't realize there was a Serial Number reference book. My curiosity is piqued. I'm going to have to check mine.

Yes there is and you occasionally find them used on Amazon. I just looked though and there are currently none available.

Fantastic resource even if catergorized a bit strangely.

The arbor and drive collar drawings were very complete and well drawn. I made a set of 3 arbors with them.
