Identify this follow rest

Overall length is about 7.5 inches. The casting mark says B210. Any thoughts? Will be for sale once I figure out what it belongs to.

from the fixing it is for a straight bed Colchester, or Clausing student or dominion
 
The older Regal Leblond follow rests use a L shaped rubbing jaw like that. Looks like it fits a 9 or 10" swing lathe.
 
I hadn't noticed the odd L-shaped finger the first time. When I just went through eBay again it matches up with a Seneca Falls follow rest that I saw there. Except that the finger was flipped so that the notch was pointing up which doesn't look right.
 
It is quite a cheap design; mine was made during WW-2, when a machine being sent for shipboard use did not warrant nicety.
