Old comments, but I see this come up from time to time. For those who don't know, Tom D. Walshaw (1912–1998) was an engineer, author and contributor to the British magazines Model Engineer and Engineering in Miniature. Many of his magazine contributions and books were authored under the pseudonym Tubal Cain (from the Wikipedia article at the time of this citation).Aka Tom Walshaw
Guess it's ok to reuse names from the dead lol

Mr. Pete, when called on the use of the late Mr. Walshaw's pseudonym, remarked he had never heard of the magazines, books, Mr. Walshaw, or the previous use of the pseudonym. Given Mr. Pete's contributions to the community, and the fact he used a reference to a biblical character, at least I'm willing to believe he had no intention of claiming any of Mr. Walshaw's fame or reputation. Why assume he would have known of the magazine or the books? Just my $.02
