Interesting dividing head "shop kink"

You gotta love these old books. I buy them whenever I see them. This one is called Cost Cutting Shop Kinks and is dated 1927. I am posting pics of an interesting way to connect two dividing heads to index high numbers or unusual numbers. You connect two dividing heads (who can afford that!). Interesting.

The best part is that it says "cost cutting shop kinks" cost cutting if you have two dividing heads if not go buy one to to save money ;)
