And it's barely been allowed to rest since then. I love this thing! It's really amazing what you can make with these printers. I bought it mainly to make new lure coursing pulleys for my wife's club, but we've come up with a lot of other things to put on the list.

As an aside, I switched from Cura to Simplify 3d for my slicer. It's $149, but worth every penny.

I use mine all the time for lots of different things. They are fun to play with. Always amazes me what they can do.
I still use Cura some but most of the time use Ideamaker.

I made 20+ of these parts last week.


Cast iron from 6" solid bars, would your printer do this?
If so it may save a good deal of time and waste material when this job returns in the future.

yes even mine could. I can't answer for the tolerances though.
