Jammed Morse taper sleeve

Did you put it in? Just wondering because on one of my lathes the taper would not come out and it had been there with a chuck since I got it I ended up needing to pull out the ram and punch it out from behind. Turns out it had been glued in by the prior owner.

Now it works as it should ejecting the taper when pulled all the way back.
