Kurt accessory jaws. (Want a vee block)

My DX 6 is a wonderful piece of kit but I sure would like a good set of replacement jaws with a vee block component.

Before I break out the sine table and build my own is their an aftermarket source?

You do not need a sine table. A 90° V cutter will work. But still will not be a ground finish. Wish I could recall all the info on a guy doing what you want. He was on another forum maybe even fleabay. Making from scratch hardened and ground jaws for the Kurt vise with “V’s”. I bought a set from him. Beautiful work!

Kurt interchangable soft jaws, I, we may have extra sets of these when I get him to bring me the rest of them.
The blue part bolts in place of the hard jaws and have dovetails that the soft jaw slides into and get locked in by 4 fhcs’s
There seems to be mostly 6” jaws complete sets , I started a thread on them here , I’ll know more when he brings me the rest of the pieces. You can machine what ever profile you need into the soft jaws.
