I'm printing out 66" long copies of a WWII German Type VII/c Diesel Submarine.

That is very nice and large. What is the capacity of your 3D printer. I find them fascinating. I'd sure be thinking about one of those if I still was in the business along with the laser cutters.
What kind of material ? Would you give us an idea of the cost . Thanx for sharing

Jay, that's awesome! Did you design the parts yourself or get them somewhere else? How long does something like that take to print, and how much filament does it take? Is the entire model hollow or were the parts printed with some infill? Were the parts oriented on the printer, and did they require support to print? What kind of filament, ABS, PLA, etc.
