Lathe chuck jaw repair

Thanks for all the replies.
My die grinder is worn out, so I'll need to get a new one.
Looks like something I can do.
 
Hey Tozguy and others, another way to hold the Dremel Flexshaft as shown in the pic by Tozguy is to put the working end in a 1/2 inch Boring Bar Tool Post Tool Holder adapter. Fits very well on mine.
