Let's See Your Tractors

Here is my Ford 1500, bought in September with 551 hrs on it. It amazes me everytime I get on it. I expect it to help me maintain my 9 acres for many years to come.

551 hours is barely broken in. Nice tractor!

Yes it being a 1980 model I was skeptical of the hours but after looking at things like the paint barely being worn on the pedals and the diamonds sharp I believe it.
I bought it the last week in september and have put about 60 hours on it and have found no faults. It is 19.9 hp Diesel and rates for the same size implements as an 8N Ford.
Has been averaging around 1/2 gal per hour, so it's cheaper to run than my GT.

I like the caterpillar, I almost bought a D2 once but Im glad I didnt. It needed a lot of work. I would like to find a JD 1010 diesel crawler loader.

So far thats the best 1/2 hr I spent looking and dreaming! Thats a lot of use full iron
I want to work on mine, but too much snow!

I didn't know there was a 1500. Nice tractor and a great price too. I used to drive an 8600. Wasn't impressed with it, seemed to be under powered for it's size.

You got alot of life left in that one, enjoy it.

Looking at a new project. This is an old Air Force tractor that looks like it has been rode hard and put away wet. If I can get it for a decent price, away I go.........
