Boy you are sharp one there Jeff. :thumbsup: Actually, if you dont't mind the correction, it is a rectangular hole, but none the less it did present a challenge. What I did was use as small of an endmill that I had (I think it was 3/16, not sure) and then used a small triangular file to finish the corners. Thanks for noticing.

Yes, you are right I should have said rectangular hole. :LOL: Ahhh I figured you would have some cool broach or press die that you made just for this.

No Rich, I have been swamped with life. I also have another restore in the process at this time. I need to finish it up first. I will start a thread when I finish. It was a last minute Craig's List find. I will keep you in suspense until then.
