Little off topic maybe, need help with generator and wiring

Those are nice panels, and will do the job very well, and inexpensively (less than $300), with no danger to anyone. Mine is similar, but doesn't switch the neutral. Mine is 8 circuits, of which I have the refrigerator, freezer, domestic hot water/heating (gas-fired, 110v circulating pump), and, of course the waterbed, connected, as well as a couple of outlets in the kitchen, for the microwave and Mr. Coffee. If I use either of those two, I have to do a little load management, as in not trying to use both at the same time! Gas stove, so cooking is taken care of. Onan 4CCK on natural gas, with high-compression heads to get full output, otherwise only 3 KW with standard heads. Lots of good stuff in this thread; keep up with the education! zuhnc
