Shouldn't too hard to make some if you can't find any

True, the screw itself I can thread, making the leaf, grinding it to shape is my problem. Cutting the slot on the screw head, could be an issue as do not have slitting saw. I suppose I can Dremel it.

I replaced mine with SHCS. The leaf type on mine were too soft.

The leaf on mine that came in with my Taiwan made 1236 is pretty stout. The PM1440TV has a set screw to lock down the top slide. The set screw is what I want to replace.

I have some from my mill that I replaced with adjustable handles. I'll verify the dimensions this evening and let you know. I would be glad to drop them in the mail to you.

BFH,

Thank you.

If you have the space for it on your application, I wholeheartedly recommend Kipp adjustable levers. In 6mm, the throws are about 1.5 inches and can be re-positioned out of the way. I got the 6mm Kipp levers for about $5 each to upgrade my cutter grinder. Kipp is German, so they're well-made.

Checked mine, unfortunately they are M8x45.

I have several in my spares box. I'll look in the morning and see if they are M6.

Appreciate it, let me know how much I need to send if you do have them.
