“The black one 200uF, 220V looks like the start cap.
Replace that one and you should be good to go.

Hi All
Well installed 2 new caps, and motor still won’t start it just spins real slow. So looks like this will be a while before I m back to making chips. My Luck just keeps getting worse. Darn it, I have a couple projects I wanted to finish. Looks like Ill be repairing equipment again, or should I say still.
