Milltronics Milling Machine - Information Request

I am looking at this mill on an auction. It is across the country so I cannot visit in person. I am looking for any input someone might have (Value, concerns, issues, etc).
Also not that it calls out below a Spindle Taper of 30. Is this the NMTB taper format?

The spindle in the video sounds like it might need some new bearings. Hard to tell from the video. But it is louder than I would expect compared to another one they are selling.
