Monarch 12 CK oil line help

I am redoing a 1942 Monarch 12 CK that I saved from being scrap. My problem is at some point in it's life they broke the cover to the gear threading box. They had "repaired" it and it still has an oil cup, but there are no lines from it. If anyone would mind popping the lid and getting a few pictures I would really like to get oil lines installed in it. I can guess where 2 of them go, but not the 3rd, or how they had them run. I will post a couple pictures of the area.

I am almost done, and not sure if anyone would be interested in me doing a post with the start to finish work on this lathe.

I do not have your oil line answer but would love to see more of the lathe project.
