You might want a owner/operator with a flat bed trailer. I used to see a trucking company's trailer that advertised they would pack and transport household goods. I think it was Old Damion Trucking, they run the lower 48 states. Check with them for more information. Good luck
I use these guys Long Haul Trucking as they transport nationally and they have flatbed with an accordian type top and side cover that rolls back, some call it covered wagon top, so they don't need to tarp machines. I see on their website they have vans too. Give them a shout as they have a 800 # or email them. http://longhaultrucking.com/

How much machinery you need to move?
I had moved my shop from Maryland to Brooksville.
So I've been down the road before.
Two 52' flat bed and seven 24' Ryders.
NO FUN.
But you are moving into a better climate that's for sure.
I had volunteer on the "Enola Gay",Collins's Institute B-24 liberator the "Dragon and it's Tail" and others
