Can anyone identify this lathe from this picture? I know the picture is terrible. I was just told, found this in the barn, you want it? I of course said yes.

Thats pretty much what I figured. I was excited and hopeful someone might be oh, yah thats a xyz lathe. I asked my friend for more pictures, but he wont be back at the farm for a while.

Hard to tell, but it looks like it is well preserved. Interesting motor mount configuration.

So an overhead belt drive converted to overhead motor drive. Can't help but wonder why that pole couldn't be half as tall, or even mount the motor the same level and behind the lathe. Oh well.
