Need a 1/2" round Steel Part Turned....?

I don't have a lathe yet and would like a small tool made if someone has the time.
It's a spring loaded scribing tool for a mill. It's from Lautards MBSR. Used to follow a scribed part
by chucking this spring loaded "point" in a collet. Fairly simple design.

It looks and works like a Tapping centering tool but smaller.
Please PM and I can furnish all the drawings, materials, etc...

7" long. 1/2" OD
 
Not as accurate as a lathe.
I can compensate for the work.
 
Also, one end needs to be turned down to .375” and chamfered. A mill is not a good substitute for a lathe.
