Need a manual for Enco PMT618 Surface Grinder

I picked up an Enco Surface Grinder this weekend. The tag on it says PMT618, and it has a 6x18 mag chuck. I would guess its weight at around 1,500+ pounds. There is a small rattle in the spindle that turns the stone (sound, no percievable motion, but I have not ground anything yet). I would like to get an Owners Manual (preferably PDF) for it, before I take it appart.. I have search all over the Internet, and am surprised I can't find one. The Serial number on the tag says "129".

If you know where I can find one, let me know.

Thanks, that owners manual has some basic operating instructions, but I was hoping for a more detailed parts diagram. That model is similar to mine, but the column is different, and mine has a funny steel tube going straight up from the top. My SG looks like:
