I know very little about Sketchup. Here is what I did to combine 3D with 2D. I can change things to fit your tooling and machine if necessary. Thank you!

Yes what's with the "8" dimension up top next to the "13", it only shows in the one view

Also be careful, it is first angle projection and not third.

I didn't notice the dashed lines so I modeled it upside down the first time. the 1mm dim is not right as is the side view not depicted correctly.

This is what I came up with.

Thank you for your input, dennys502!

I decided to modify the part a little. I took the 1 mm dim out. It was for cosmetic reason only. Here is the new drawing.
