Need a very small 4-jaw chuck

I'll throw out some thoughts.....

What about a tap holder set?, some set have large ones.

There are also collets made to hold reamers that have a square drive recess.
I've got a couple in MT2 or MT3.

Or even find an old 12-point socket set from the days of square head bolts.....those would mount on a 1/4", 3/8" or 1/2" square drive and could be driven from a cordless drill by a hex to square drive.
