The part is 1.250" x 2.000" x 8.00".
This part is going to be attached to a 1.75" round piece via two 1/4-20screws.
I need to mill a .875" concave radius on one end so it fits nice onto the round piece.
If I had a 1.75" end mill i would feed it straight in or take small downward cuts but I don't have that size.
Not sure how to do this.

Just dawned on me. Use a boring bar.
That would be a good way, correct?
The material is aluminum so it should not be difficult to cut.

Vertically mill it with a boring head, you'll have lots of control. Fine cuts to prevent a chatter situation.

Yeah, got it done guys, thanks.

I've found that fly cutters work well for this. They are pretty short and stout and won't bounce around as much as a small diameter boring bar (unless you have a short, fat boring bar). Either way will work fine though...
