Need Boring Help

I also need to drill and tap M4-.7 for a grub screw as the keyway will be all but gone after boring. Not sure how to deal with the burr as I have no deburring tool for that type of operation.

Could you not use a larger drill to lightly deburr the hole?

I mean the inside of the bore where the grub screw will contact the shaft.

Reamer won't like the keyway either.

Got the hand wheels done (4). Used a screw machine 29/64" drill. That allowed me to go straight to my 3/8 bar with a larger insert. Was forced to take light cuts to final dimension. Did chip one insert however.
