Finally going through a bunch of boxes from a shop cleanout I helped with several years ago... in this box was a mystery part with the SOUTH BEND stamp on it and a part number MSA-102

Can't find it in my searches- and I am not a South Bend fellow so Im not aware of parts- looking for some help in identifying and placing this little fellow to a good home

Its a 4-groove pulley and this is an off-center lever of some type?

Any help is appreciated. Thanks for looking!

it is speed reduction pulley for a south bend drill press.
it fits into the column of the drill press
a belt runs from the motor to this pulley, then another belt runs from the pulley to the spindle
there is great speed reduction when used in the lowest speeds

i would be very interested in it you don't have a use
