Need some part i.d. this came with my Southbend heavy 10. Does anyone know what it is? The # in the casting is B268A I believe.

The photos are the same part just from different angles, I should have put a tape by it to show size. It is one casting not welded at all. I will get some other photos tomorrow, the diameter of the circle is a little over 5", the hole through the center is 3/8".
 
Have you tried to see if it fits on the compound or cross slide?
 
No I didn't but don't think it does, I will check it out though.
