Can anyone give me the measuments for the Maximat 7 lathes gearhead gear box? Or where I can find the information. :thinking:

Yes it is. Trying to find out if I can swap the gearhead boxes. Previous owner took it apart to replace bad gear now can't find all the parts!

OK looked it now I need to find out if I can use the spindles from the Maximat V7 in the V10. The headstock that are available are the old style that require a seperate plate to raise it to the proper height. Mine is a newer one peace style that does not require the splacer. The V7 and V10 have the same gears but the spindles are different. If they can be used I can save about $300.
