Nice DRO install on RW mill

A new member on the Yahoo Rockwell mill posted a link to his website where he documented his 3-axis DRO install. It is very well done and documented.

I recently purchased two DRO's from member davidh and plan to install them sometime this winter (after I get the shaper put back together). I thought it might be of interest to some here who are thinking of a similar install.

I tried to do the DRO installation right and it worked out pretty well. I also have just ordered some of the iGaging DRO's from davidh to install on my Logan lathe. A "big" DRO would be nice, but I blew my budget on the mill.

Hi Steve,

Yes, I joined a couple of weeks ago and am still figuring out the flow of the forum. So far, I am just a garage shop hacker who usually manages to build what I need. The forum is full of very experienced machinists and I am learning a lot from them.
