NOS Micrometer

A carbon fibre micrometer body - so no need for a plastic jacket to insulate from hand temperature. Nice!
Are the faces tungsten carbide tipped? It is not clear in the video if they are.

One thing to ask - how much is asked for these?
 
Nice looking micrometer.
It is full of preservative oil so it gets ultrasonic baths !!!! I think this is the first model that feinmessunfabrik suhl in Dresden made after ww2

Nice score! Keilpart Suhl mics have such a nice feel to them. Someday I'll finish collecting my set... Imperial and metric, of course!

My mistake! Sorry - I looked at the picture, and the surface looked like the carbon I see most days. Is that the casting patina appearance from the preserve oils?
