the Vulcan foundry built steam and later diesel and diesel/electric locomotives from 1830 right up untill the late seventies. between 1852 and 1952 they sent one locomotive every two weeks to India!
Yes folks, that is 1 steam locomotive every fortnight for 100 years. there are pictures of the men, the machinery, many steam and other locos, and even film clips. Enjoy!
