On off switch for Jet Mill Drill

I want to replace the on/off switch for my Jet mill drill. This is a 220v non reversing motor. The green on button will not stay locked in the on position...again. This is the second switch I have gotten from Jet. Is there a better option? Like a toggle style switch? This current switch has 4 wires on the back side, Black and white on the On side and Blue and red on the off side.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Any toggle switch with 2 poles (4 connections) would be fine for 220 volts if the contact rating is the same or greater for the rated full load amps of the motor.
