OT Yahoo Small business is awful

Hi,
The short version - 3 phone calls over 4.5 hours 95% on hold. and I still can not get my business email. Nor can I log into chat help that the hold voice tells me about every 2 minutes. after 25 minutes today I was told it's going to be handed off to the "back end team" because there is a "technical problem" with my account (really? go figure) and they will get to it "as soon as possible" which I think will be sometime in the fall. . . .of 2022.
I know no one wants to hear tales of tech frustration, but I feel the need to badmouth these people in every place I can.
