Passing of Shooting Star proprietor

I'm sad to report the passing of Bill Chernoff, the owner and proprietor of Shooting Star, maker of DRO's for machinery.

Apparently he had contracted Covid-19 and succumbed.

I knew Bill for years after meeting him at a yearly helicopter event near Dayton, Ohio.

He was a good man.

Very sorry to hear that. I had one of his 3 axis DRO's on my Rockwell 21-100. Great product. RIP.

I' very sorry that I am so late to this thread. I knew Bill by talking with him severl times at length by phone. He was truly a kind a patient man.
