Peeling potatoes

I peeled 100 lbs of potatoes for milady yesterday and today. here's two videos of how a machinist does it. sorry, milady hit stop, then start and got two. looks too hard to combine for us neophytes.

Canning time. We use to do lots of vegetables , made jelly , pickles , . Even did the picking nd growing , I always had big gardens till I started falling and getting hurt. My troybilt horse made me money to pay for it and gardens for many years.
