Picked up some stuff

Picked up a truck load of 2x 72..2x 48..1x 30..and several more sizes of sanding belts..flapper wheels.sand paper rolls.20-30 # of 6013 rods.bunch of grinding wheels.new metal cutting bandsaw blades.2# roll of ribbon silver.brazing.. And bunch other stuff..All for 25.00..been planning of building a belt grinder..now's the time...

Watch out for the seams on the belts, though. Old seams tend to let go when you power the machine up - stand to one side.

Store in a warm dry place to avoid problems with seams and abrasive loss, especially in areas with high humidity.

A dual length 2" belt grinder would be cool. Build a x48 and add an extra idler for the x72 belts when you want to use those?

Good idea.was going to try something like that.have quite a few of both..gonna start on one between pig cooker builds.might have to build a flat bottom boat if it doesn't stop raining around here.
