Another thing, the 60603 comes with flame cut steel press plates, the other may (not sure) still be the weaker cast plates. They are made by two different Chinese companies, so they vary a bit.

Just before I cut off this plate to weld up a 1/4" plate for air over hydraulic I noticed lack of QC. I marked the center of the plate. It is somewhat off center for the press. The plate isn't welded on square either. Think of HB of more a rebuild project that a tool company.
