I recently picked up a 5x6 Horizontal bandsaw (King brand). When operating in vertical mode a considerable amount of the metal dust ends up falling on the lower wheel. There are obviously several approaches to a wiper or brush(s) please show me what you have come up with, prefer to use someones "great" idea than trying something that might be less than ideal.

Fortunately for me, my table is suspended about an inch above the lower roller and skid plate, so I have room to install some form of wiper in the hollow space of the table. Access will also be easy as the red plate is easily removed.

Thanks in advance

I put this brush on my wood saw conversion

My horizontal saw has a cup with thick felt in it that the blade runs through. It's about 2" in diameter and 3/4" thick. I think it's used for keeping cutting oil on the blade. It sets right above the top guides.
