PM1236 wiring question

I have 220 volts here in Alabama. Do you have 130 volts at the wall outlets of your home? I'm no electrician, but I pretend to be sometimes.

This may or may not apply but my Enco lathe has a transformer that has multiple input and output selections. Here's a picture. Hope it helps.

The PM1236 has a 24v transformer in the back panel, top right. I haven't looked at it closely, but I remember it has these orange plastic terminals that can be moved easily. I had to reset the main breaker one cold morning, it didn't like spinning up in A-2 even after a warm up in B-2. My shop has been staying in the 40's at night though, I don't run the shop heater all the time.

The owner's manual shows the electrical panel on page 5. I think my transformer makes a buzzing noise occasionally when its cold, seems like the more I use the lathe the better it runs.
