1) Submitting a project. If you would like to enter a project, you have three ways of doing so. A) start a thread in the current month with a title of your project or B) start a thread with a link to your project if it is in another sub-forum, and C) If you would like your project thread moved, contact a moderator. Projects must be submitted before the 10th day of the month to be eligible for voting.
2) Eligibility. Existing H-M members only. Do not link to projects that are hosted on other sites or forums outside of H-M. Staff members cannot submit projects.
3) Voting. All H-M members can vote. Staff cannot nominate or vote on their own or other staff member's projects nor can they receive cash prizes. You can only vote for one project per month and your vote must be in by the end of the month.
4) The member with the project who receives the most votes wins the $50 Project of the Month prize in the form of a GIFT card. These are the cards we can get through our PayPal account: https://www.paypal-gifts.com/us/giftcardlist .
