Hey Brino! If you so desire, I could modify my verbiage, however you might find my posts excruciatingly boring.

The support hanger assembly pretty much mirrored the quality seen in the universal joints so
had to rig up a replacement. Here's a photo of the so called hanger bearing.....just a ball with a zerc....


Now a pillow block seemed like the way to go so fabricobbled a mount and bolted it to the frame.
It works like a dream now.
My only difficulty was that the shaft was a couple thousandths too big so had to file off a bit of material to
slide on the bearing.
