Motor 3450 rpm 3" pulley
driven tool 4" pulley
so that would be about 2587 rpm for the driven tool? Is this right?

3 X PI = 9.4
4 X Pi = 12.5

.94 / 12.5 = .752 a ratio of 1:.752
3450 X ,752 = 2594

It's simpler than that. The pi's cancel, so it's just 3/4, or .75.
