I loaded and moved mine with an engine hoist, it's an easy lift for an engine hoist so long as you have room to maneuver it. I'm sure there are plenty of people out there that could load it by hand, heck I know a guy who can power lift 420+ lbs. I wouldn't try it myself, though.
