Quick, Easy & Cheap Outside Chamfering

Requirements: Belt Sander & a scrap piece of angle iron.

I just place a piece of scrap angle slightly wider than the belt on a belt sander & roll round pieces or slide flat pieces along it.

Good idea! Did you weld the angle to a bracket to keep it from also riding on the belt?

Dean, it's riding on the belt. Easy to put on & take off.
