The book, "Quorn Universal Tool and Cutter Grinder", by Prof. D. H. Chaddock describes not only how to machine and build the Quorn but also includes the many sharpening and grinding operations it performs. Martin Model has accessories to make your Quorn easier to build and more versatile to use.

The biggest downside of Martin Models is that he only supplies the castings, they look like they are very good quality, but the Hemikngway kit is a complete package with all necessary pieces. I agree buy USA, but in this case, I think the better deal is Hemingway kit.
