I'm basically in the same situation as above, still struggling to find time to work in the garage. I did get the service upgraded to 200A this summer, so there will be ~125A available to the garage and it will be easier to wire in the RPC and 3-phase 208. It's on the to-do list, just a bit lower priority than the flooding damage and basement waterproofing that's been at the top of the list all summer. I also had two Harig Super612s fall in my lap and they're occupying a large section of the floor where I was going to do the cleaning and refurb of the VN.
I scored an old Italian universal indexer at an auction the other day. I'm planning on using that to make the gears for driving itself so I can cut helical gears!
