Recoil pad recomendation

Ok folks, getting ready to buy a recoil pad for a rifle. I usually shoot old winchesters but have a 7 mag on a mauser action that needs one.....what would you guys suggest?

I use a shoulder pad for rifle shooting, I have a repop Winchester high wall in 38-55 WCF, and it makes the difference between a sore shoulder after a day's shooting and an unsore shoulder.

Ok guys so far we've got 2 contenders...anyone else and if not which one for the 7mag.

I use Kick-eez pads on all my rifles and shotguns. IMO, they eliminate more recoil than any other pad and are much easier to grind to fit.
