I have had them come loose without any effort at all, I do not think any loctite was used.

Removing Height Adjustment Stud on Aloris Tool Holders

Update:
I'd say benmychree is correct...no thread locker. The first two I was able to clamp the stud in the vise and I turned them off with just hand pressure. The third one was a little bit tighter, so rather than fight it, I just put an adjustable wrench on the holder and it turned off easily. The four one I secured the holder in a vise with soft jaws and used normal 6" vise grips and was able to easily turn off the stud. Pretty much a non-event, which I like!
