I am soon to have my foundry up and running, and was wondering if an one has made their own rotory table. If so could they post some pics, and state their source for the worm and wheel?

Don't have any pictures available, but I used the elevation screw from a Freecycle treadmill for the worm and a 60 tooth change gear from my C3 lathe.

I don't know if you have one close by (they are all over the midwest and south) but I just purchased a gear/wheel from IBT. They had a pretty extensive selection, from no-bore to keyed, in lots of sizes. Good people too, usually bring in drawings or other parts and they help work through some different options. I got some really beefy ones, we're $85 for the pair.
