Router bit for roundover chamfer mill in aluminum?

I use carbide router tips on aluminium, stainless steel, mild steel and wood.
They work very well, the 4 half circles and the two long rectangles have been contoured with a roman ogee cutter.

I also use just the curved part of the ogee cutter held in the tool post on the lathe to contour the ends of stainless knobs and so forth.

Worked well. My only problem was that I was doing an outside corner on an approximately 4x6x0.25 plate, so to keep the plate from ringing I clamped it between two 1-2-3 blocks so there was only about an inch of plate above the blocks.

Thanks everyone for advice and encouragement!
